I’m Rob Bratcher — founder of Wholly Mountain, husband, dad of two boys, and a Louisville native.

After losing 60 pounds and healing my own burnout through a full lifestyle reset, I made it my mission to help women over 40 do the same.

I work with women who feel stuck — whether it’s stubborn weight, fatigue, inflammation, or that quiet sense that your body just isn’t cooperating anymore.

With 20+ years in the fitness and nutrition industry — from managing Gold’s Gyms, owning a personal training company, to building hundreds of detailed nutrition programs — I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.

At Wholly Mountain, I combine proven strategies with real accountability and deep care. As an Orthodox Christian, I believe true transformation is about alignment: body, mind, and soul.
