I’m Rob Bratcher — a Louisville native, husband, father of two boys, and the founder of Wholly Mountain.
I’ve spent the last 20 years in the health and fitness industry — from managing Gold’s Gyms to consulting other coaches and running my own nutrition and fitness programs. But what I do now is different.
After losing 60 pounds through a complete lifestyle overhaul and shifting to a whole food, plant-based diet 17 years ago, I realized that the real battle isn’t just about food or exercise — it’s about helping the body respond again, especially in midlife.
At Wholly Mountain, I specialize in helping adults over 40 who feel stuck. Whether it’s stubborn weight, chronic fatigue, inflammation, or that quiet sense that your body’s not cooperating anymore — I’ve lived it, studied it, and built a process to help people overcome it.
My background spans bodybuilding, outdoor adventure training, and accountability coaching — but my foundation is deeper. As an Orthodox Christian, I believe transformation is about alignment: body, mind, and soul.
My mission is to help you reclaim your energy, confidence, and health — without gimmicks, pills, or punishing programs.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me at my parish (Saint Michael Orthodox Church), hiking, camping with my family, watching sports, or reading a good book.(or several at the same time)
